We all have co-dependent behaviors.

We caretake and fix hoping we can change the other person's feelings, attitude, or thoughts.

And it's not always helpful or necessary.

If you:

  • Feel responsible for making everyone happy but then feel resentful when no one is making you happy...
  • Fear being with loved ones when they are in discomfort and don't know what the 'right' thing to do is...
  • Think that your partner should know exactly what you need and yet they still don't provide it...
  • Have a hard time telling people you love no without feeling guilt or shame about it...
  • The idea of putting yourself first feels cringy and scary even though you're not getting what you need...

...join us to learn how we can leave co-dependent behaviors behind and have the amazing connections we crave.

Special Message From Christina

Even today, I can still fall into co-dependent behaviors because I love people and I want them to be happy.

Unfortunately, I was not born with mental telepathy so for many years I spent a lot of my energy caretaking others just to find out that 1. they weren't necessarily going to reciprocate and 2. many of the actions didn't feel like love for them.

Co-dependent behaviors are insidious and keep us from enjoying the connections we truly have. Join us for this free experience to discuss how we want to show up in relationship and how we really get what we want.

The 4th week classes are currently free! All you have to do is sign up.

xoxo,

Christina
